First let me say thank you to everyone who sent me well wishes while I was in the hospital. It was really cool and made me feel good to see how many people care. I am home now and still a bit sore. It will take a few days to get over this and I sure need it.

For those of you who might have missed it.. My lung collapsed on Tuesday during the first LaB weekly tournament. (winner was Cary Pall btw) I was having chest pains a couple hours before but it progressively got worse. By the end of the game I was on the phone with 9-11 and I was having a very hard time with my breathing. This is now the 3rd time this lung has collapsed and the 4th total. I now have 100 percent chance of it happening again if I do not have surgery to fix it.

I had similar surgery on my other lung but it was quite a procedure. It involved having part of my rib removed, the rest spread open, and lung pulled out to fix. Supposedly now it is a lot less evasive. I am meeting with the doc ASAP but I really don’t have much option.

Life’s a Bitch.
