For everyone here at Life’s A Bluff - I wish you a Happy New Year!

I thought about a long rant reflecting on the year…. but lets face it…. 07 was not a very good one for me. Besides my health issues, I lost my best friend. It is still very hard to think or talk about. 2007 will no doubt go down as one of the WORST years of my life and the sooner I get it behind me the better. I am very optimistic about 08 and look forward to what is to come.

Now despite all the crap, I am grateful for the positives this year. Like my new partner (and friend) in crime… Ryan Estrada. He sure is the hardest working man in webcomics these days. It really is amazing how much this kid can handle. If some of you artists out there had half the work ethic as he does, the sky would be the limit. Here’s to you Ryan - Salute!

Thanks to Phil Laak for everything he has done for LaB and I wish him nothing but the best for 08.

A big thanks to Joe Sebok for letting us travel the Poker Road with him. I am proud to be a part of that project. They really have done a great job establishing themselves as THE PLACE to be for pokertainment.

Anyway, have a safe and fun new years eve and may 08 be a good one for us all.
