It’s called Family Dog, and was spun off into it’s own short-lived series in the early 90′s.

Richie Rich’s dog was named “Dollar” if I am not mistaken.

And the show was called Amazing Stories (Wikipedia FTW) and Dollar was the name of Richie Rich’s dog.

The first batch was Comic Strip Dogs, this batch is TV Cartoon Dogs….. the next batch…. well, you’ll see. The next ones will be much harder to guess.
