Random Questions with Tom Schneider

Friday, December 28th, 2007

A few weeks ago Matt Waldron had a chance to sit down with WSOP POTY Tom Schneider for Life’s A Bluff Random Questions. He got it all on film and after a little bit of fun editing… here it is;

For those of you who are interested in a little higher quality can download from here. It is about 170 megs. I make quite a few random comments but they are hard to see on the You Tube version. Also, you may have to turn up or down your volume at different points in the video. I apologize. I am not a professional video editor. While I did manage to pull off a couple cool tricks, most of it was done in Windows Movie Maker.POKER SPACEBTW, I came across a fairly new website called Poker Space. It is myspace for Poker Players. I really like the way they have it set up and I think there is great potential for it to be a major player in the poker community. Go check it out and sign up. Add me as a friend too!

Jennifer Harman Charity Event

Monday, March 31st, 2008

I apologize for the lack of strips but things will return back to normal when I get back into town on Thursday. I am in Orlando with my nephew on my first real vacation in years. Disney World, Medieval Times, the works. ;) It’s too hard to do any real updating from the hotel.

Ryan is hard at work getting a nice buffer of strips done and making sure we are prepared for this year’s Jennifer Harman Charity Poker Tournament Benefiting the Nevada SPCA. So if over the next 2-3 weeks things are a little off around here you know why. Both of us will be in attendance and hope to help raise the most money ever for a charity poker game. I am pretty sure the record was first set by this same tournament last year.

Join Jennifer Harman and more than 100 professional poker players, industry VIPs, celebrities, and friends at THE VENETIAN POKER ROOM for our second annual fundraiser benefiting the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).

Last year we raised over $130,000 - Enough to expand Nevada’s no-kill sanctuary. We did make a difference, and this is a cause in which we truly believe.

Where: THE VENETIAN POKER ROOM Las Vegas.
2 PM - Red Carpet, Reception, and Silent Auction.
3 PM - $330 No-Limit Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament

The Venetian Poker Room has been so gracious in their sponsorship of this event. Come join us for snacks, drinks, entertainment, fun, and of course, poker.

The SPCA is a no-kill animal shelter. The only way that happens is by donations… so give a little!
